The JSC “Mangistaumunaigaz” shares purchase deal is finished 25th of November, 2009. In connection with that the new shareholder of JSC “Mangistaumunaigaz” is the company MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V. (MIBV) established by companies “KazMunayGas” (KMG) and CNPC where 50% of shares belong to Kazakhstan content.
Company “KazMunayGas” is the Kazakhstan national petroleum corporation that is operated in oil & gas exploration and production, refinery and transportation. Having big assets “KazMunayGas” company created joint ventures with many known petroleum companies in the world.
International company CNPC is operated in oil & gas exploration, production, refinery, transportation and selling also projects’ designing, technical maintenance and petroleum equipment producing. The company takes a fifth place among 50 biggest petroleum companies in the world. CNPC has a big practice and experience in oil & gas exploration and production in Republic of Kazakhstan.
MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V. (MIBV) shareholders approved the Board of Directors staff:

Company MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V. (MIBV) in accordance with new shareholders and Board of Directors wishes, the Company’s management takes upon himself management functions on production and economic activities.
