Only due to optimal technological arrangements and effective utilization of old funds labours of the Company could achieve such results. A new geodynamical model which was introduced into production jointly with “Geoservice” company had turned out especially productive. On the basis of world’s advanced technologies this model gives opportunity to carry out more effective usage of subsurface beds and develop oilfield as much as possible. Usage of new dewaxing device was successful, which cleans internal walls of pipes and rods, and takes wax and slush out of well. Well bottom zones had been cleaned due to the performance of experimental field tests of complex of equipments for reanimation of wells, which increased quality of field development and stimulation of oil inflow. And other geotechnical arrangements gave its beneficial effect.

 Today, the JSC “MMG” had concentrated its attention on two main tasks: firstly – to keep workplaces and present level of salaries. Secondly – to increase part of Kazakhstan’s content, that is to support local manufacturers, employees and servicing companies. And Company has wide experience regarding aforesaid circumstance.

At its oilfields where mainly work local population Company utilizes equipments of domestic producers, more precisely the JSC “MMG” cooperates with ten machine building companies of Kazakhstan. And four of them are companies of Mangistau.
